Create Customer
For a quote or an appointment to be created for a customer, it is important that they are added into Kwick Quote first. To do so, go to your home page and from there click on ‘Create Customer’ which will lead you to a page that allows adding of a customer.
The form on this page asks for customer’s name, email, phone and address. There are two other fields that lets you choose the Canvasser and Representative for the customer. If there is only one user of the system, that is the admin, its name would show in the list and if the system has designated canvassers and representatives, the list displays their name.
Customers List
To view the list of customers click on ‘Customers List‘ button from the home page which leads to a page that displays the list of customers with a search option. The search option allows you to search for a customer based on their name, phone, email or an address.
Edit or Delete a Customer
The Customers List page enlists customers each having their own Edit and Delete buttons. To simply delete a customer, click on the Delete button which would delete it, its quotes and its appointments. To edit a customer, the Edit button is to be pressed which will display a page similar to the Create Customer page letting you edit any customer related information.
