How to Add, Edit and Delete Appointments

Create appointment

To create an appointment go to your home page and from there click on Create Appointment. First, a customer is to be chosen from its dropdown, if none is found go to the ‘Create Customer‘ page and create one. Subsequent two dropdowns are for the selection of Representative and Canvasser of the appointment. For Date, it is important that the appointment is not on a weekend and for Time it is important that’s it’s within the working hours. Notes and Product Overview fields are straightforward and are as their names suggest.

To view the list of appointments click on ‘Appointments List‘ button from the home page which leads to a page that displays the list of appointments. This page allows choosing timeline for the appointments namely Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Next Week, Last Week, This Month, Yesterday, Last Week and Last Month. The appointments show according to the period chosen. To notify the concerned staff of the appointments, the ‘Notify Concerned Staff’ button is to be pressed which sends the staff notifying of their appointments with the customers.

Edit or Delete an appointment

The Appointments List page enlists appointments each having their own Edit and Delete buttons. To simply delete an appointment, click on the Delete button which would delete it. To edit an appointment, the Edit button is to be pressed which will display a page similar to the Create Appointment page letting you edit any appointment related information.
